YEA has many volunteer leaders who help with strategic advice, networking, and fundraising.

YEA’s Board of Directors establishes and monitors YEA's overall strategic direction, and takes primary responsibility for securing the financial resources required to realize YEA's mission and future vision.

YEA’s Board of Ambassadors is active in personally providing, and helping to secure, leadership gifts and sponsorships while building YEA’s network of supporting business and individuals.

YEA’s Board of Overseers is an advisory body that contributes technical expertise, fundraising assistance, and personal liaison to other mission-critical organizations and constituencies.
